Understanding the credit system

Depending on the plan you choose will determine on how many credits are available to you. Each credit represents an hour of labor at a discounted rate. The credits must be scheduled in advance.  Normal business hours are from 6am to 4pm Monday through Friday, and 7am -12pm on Saturday. If scheduling outside of my regular hours (Monday to Friday), additional charges apply: $20 for appointments between 4-8pm and $50 for appointments between 8-10pm. These charges ensure flexibility in accommodating your scheduling needs beyond standard operating hours, maintaining our commitment to timely and convenient service delivery.

If you are not under the subscriptions plan

The work is handled as it comes in, and is charged our standard rate at $60/HR. scheduling is normally scheduled for the next upcoming week in our normal working hours. Normal business hours are from 6am to 4pm Monday through Friday, with Saturday only being available to subscribers.

 

scheduling is run through google workspace. Upon scheduling you will receive a link confirming the time. you will have the opportunity to save it to your calendar. 

Life is random and hard to plan for, things will come up. There is no cancelation fee and you will not loose a credit as long as you cancel 24 hours before your appointment.

However, if you need to cancel same day, there will be a loss of 1 credit, even if the job was going to use more than one. 

The credits represent an hour of time, most jobs are approximately an hour, but sometimes are bigger than that and require more time. Before the arrival of the tech, we will review the scope of the job and quote how much time it is expected to take so that you have the option of using multiple credits, or making the job smaller.

In the event that the job goes over less than 10 minuets there will be no extra cost passed to the client subscriber. 

It will be charged at the same rate as non-subscribers. Normal rate is set at 60/HR plus any additional costs. An invoice will be issued along with a Stripe payment request at the end of the day.

Any jobs that require more than one day will still be divided day by day to keep within the 500$ limit.

appointments are normally booked a week in advance, but being on the subscription will allow for next day scheduling providing its available. you can book appointments out up to a month if you are looking to preplan work being done. booked out appointments can be canceled the same as other appointments. There is no cancelation fee and you will not loose a credit as long as you cancel 24 hours before your appointment.

This is completely the clients discretion. Pictures will be taken before and after showing the progress of the job. If we are using text to communicate, the updates will follow along with the progress of the job. if we are using work orders, the progress will be summitted with the Invoice at the end of the day.

We encourage the Client to perches their own supplies, so that it suits their style and and they are aware of what’s going in to the project. However,  if you need us to pick up the supplies and bring them over, anything under $5 for minor repairs will not be charged, but there will be a small service charge and an invoice laying out what was purchased from where sent the same day for anything over the minor repair limit.

Any additional supply fees that total less than $5 will not be added to the bill, this includes hardwear, caulking, or even a new plug or lightswitch but is limited to basic running fees. (checks are not an accepted form of payment). For example, if a section of baseboard needs to be replaced, and there is no replacement present, then the purchase of a full 8’ to 16’ piece of baseboard will be made and used. The remaining can be left with the client, or taken back with the employee at the client’s discretion, but the client will need to reimburse the full price of the molding.
